Computer Repair

We repair everything from laptops and netbooks to servers and desktops, contact us with a detailed description of the problem your having and we will get back to you with a price. Read below for a list of repair services, maintenance, and fixed rate services.

House Calls

 

For a house call we charge $25.00 per hour, one hour minimum. And if the problem can't be solved at your home we'll take it and bring it back fully repaired.

We can verify your computer without even having to be there!  To get set up with remote assistance we charge a yearly fee of $40.00, with remote assistance we will be able to check your computer from any location in the world[1], providing a solution for minor software and maintenance issues [2] . If you check footnote one you may notice that broadband internet is necessary (http://www.o2.co.uk/broadband/) for us to help you. If you have any questions as to how to arrange this and set it up, we would be happy to guide you. Once you have it, and have dealt with any virus problems, you are ready to go! To begin setting up remote assistance go to the Accessories and Download tabs and download Team Viewer.

[2] If a virus or software issue does not allow for the remote assistance, or a software issue does not allow internet connection the computer will have to be fixed on site.
